She’s not just another Fitness Model, but a famous bodybuilder, cover model of various magazines including Revista Sexy, A men’s lifestyle Magazine and Brand ambassador of Dragon Pharma. Apart from that, Eva Andressa is a person from whom you can always look for admiration. From a 17-year-old scrawny teenager to winning a bodybuilding championship at 21, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

Brazilian Girls are already famous for their beautiful and attractive figures, but not every girl is born natural, and Eva was the one among them. In her teenage years, she had a skinny body with bad shape.

But, our girl was determined to get the shape she wanted, so she started working out the exercises she learned from the internet. But that wasn’t helpful.

After that, she joined a local gym and started working out, but without any instructor or workout knowledge, she failed to get results and had to quite the GYM after the very first month of her subscription.

Then she met Jardel Barros, who was a trainer and athlete himself, he trained and guided her in the right direction and within a year of hard work and dedication she was able to get the shape she desired. This achievement brought in a motivation that was going to lead her to a great future.

Achievements:

  • In 2005, She won her first professional Body Building championship named: National Amateur Body Building Association (NABBA) Brazil Lobo Bravo Cup and at just 21 years of age, she became a ‘Figure’ champion.
  • In 2006, She participated in NABBA’s national-level championship: Parana Championship and won it effortlessly.
  • In 2008, After taking a break for one year, she came back even stronger and won the IFBB Body Fitness Championship.
  • In the same year, she participated in IFBB South American Championship, but couldn’t win. She was a Runner up.

Career:

After she started as a professional bodybuilder in 2005 and winning championships in 2006, she had to take a year break on the occasion of an unwanted hurdle. But she came back into the fitness arena and won many other accolades. But just winning competitions wasn’t bringing enough money so Eva decided to pursue Fitness Modelling which gained her massive countrywide and then global popularity. In 2010 she featured in the Brazilian late-night talk show named: ’Programa Do Jo’.

In 2013 she covered for one the leading men’s lifestyle magazine: Revista Sexy. This brought her so much popularity that in 2015 she got to do her own show name: Dica Fitness. On that show, she used to interview popular Athletes and Bodybuilders. But she didn’t stop there, throughout her career she is featured in so many fitness magazines that she is called Fitness Icon of brazil.

Since 2014, she had been giving motivational speeches and training many people. Also with such a massive social media following across various platforms, she is spreading awareness regarding health and wellness.

Training and Diet:

To maintain her physique during her competition days, she had to work out twice a day every day and follow a strict diet plan. But after quitting competitions she does not have a particular workout plan, she only trains 3 days a week but completes 4 sets of all the exercises. Nowadays, Eva has stopped exercising her Chest, Biceps, and Triceps as she thinks they are in their Ideal shape.

But, she still manages to control her body fat around 12% by a strict diet plan. Her diet plan includes Omelette with olive oil, Bread slices, Grilled Chicken, While Wheat Pasta, Liquefied Whey Protein, Oatmeal, Cottage Cheese, Graham Toast and Whey protein with Glutamine. She believes in taking carbs until 6.00 PM is best for her body.
